What do we offer?
We offer a total Recruitment project management service to manage your onboarding from start to finish, ensuring you only have to deal with the closely matched candidates. The service covers:
Role and person details – we will work you to identify, develop and produce the role and person brief to ensure we can focus on sourcing the right people.
Vacancy Posting* – we will advise on the most appropriate job boards and media to use and make the necessary arrangements
Interview – we will provide a short list of candidates, advise on testing or psychometrics where relevant, arrange interviews and provide fair and focussed interview questions to ensure you get the most from your time with the candidates to enable you to make an informed recruitment decision.
Offers & Regrets – we will make offers on your behalf and inform unsuccessful candidates
*Note, where multiple job boards are used or specific high value advertising, there may be an additional advertising charge. This will be discussed and agreed prior to the recruitment.
Whatever role you are wanting our support to recruit into we charge an upfront cost per vacancy to cover our time in managing your recruitment process and advertising costs. On successful placement of a candidate, we will reimburse this cost against the pre-agreed placement fee.
