Managing Director

One of my favourite roles whilst working in HR was as a HR Business Partner where I had responsibility for 5 smaller companies within the Group. It gave me the opportunity to build relationships with those businesses and bring about real change. I made the decision that I wanted to take the knowledge and experiences I had learnt in my HR career to support smaller businesses that would benefit from the input of practical HR processes enabling them to focus on their business operations.

I formed HR4Business in 2010 and now provide a senior level of skill, experience and knowledge to a variety of businesses where they benefit from the expertise but without the cost of an additional resource.

I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD and Level A and Level B Qualified with the British Psychological Society.


HR Advisor

Prior to joining HR4Business I worked as an HR Advisor gaining experience in Performance Management, Change Programmes, Performance Appraisal, Employee Relations, Coaching, and HR Policies.

I thoroughly enjoy the opportunity my role provides to deliver practical HR support.

Whilst recently taking time off to start a family I undertook part time study to gain my level five Diploma in Human Resource Management, I am a Graduate in Psychology and Sociology and an Associate member of the CIPD



I have 30 year''experience working in HR, Training and Development in retail, manufacturing, banking and the public sector. In that time I have managed, designed and delivered development programmes at every level of organisation, covering topics ranging from Management and Leadership to Sales, Service and IT.

Helping people develop and grow is at the heart of what I do, I am a Graduate in Business Administration, a qualified NLP Master Practitioner and a Career Coach. I am delighted to be working with HR4Business, which I have been doing since 2012. When not running business training programmes, you'll find me teaching ceramics or leading people around the mountains.


Carol Pike

Whilst my core experience is within the HR field my career has been very varied including senior operational experience in PR, sponsorship management and internal/external communications. Most recently a Director of HR responsible for both the UK and US I have a real passion for reward, employee engagement, internal communications and recruitment supporting business’s in maximising the return on their most valuable asset. I work with clients within the service, IT, Event and travel sectors providing strategic, operational and pragmatic HR support and love the variety this brings from a day to day perspective. When not working I volunteer as both Fundraiser and Animal Welfare Assistant for the Blue Cross.

I have over 30 years of HR experience, level A and B qualified in Assessment Testing and Psychological Profiling and more recently attained the Advanced Certificate in Public Relations.
